We collect only what we need to run your orders: your phone number, name, addresses, the device details you share and payment references.
How we use it
- To price, pick up, deliver, repair or recycle your device.
- To pay you (UPI / bank) and to issue invoices.
- To send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp (if you opt in) and app notifications.
Your phone's data
Every phone we buy is factory reset in front of you and wiped again at our hub before resale. You receive a data-wipe certificate.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Help & support.
