Selling

• The quoted price assumes the condition you described. Our agent re-checks the phone; if it differs, you get a revised offer you can accept or decline.
• You must own the phone. Stolen or blocked phones are refused and may be reported.

Buying

• Refurbished phones come with the warranty shown on the product page and a 7-day return if the phone isn't as described.

Wallet & offers

• Promotional wallet credit expires 90 days after it is added and can pay up to 10% of a refurbished phone.
