Delete your Incazo account

You can delete your Incazo account yourself — in the Incazo app or on this page.

In the app
  1. Open the Incazo app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.
On this page
  1. Sign in below with your mobile number and the code we send you.
  2. Check the details, type DELETE and confirm.
Deleted straight away
  • Your name, email and saved addresses
  • Your sign-in with this mobile number (you can sign up again later as a new customer)
  • App notification tokens, wallet balance, coupons and referral code
Kept only as the law requires
  • Invoices, orders and payments — up to 8 years (GST and income-tax law)
  • Pickup verification records (ID proof type, photos, signature) — kept with the order to prevent the sale of stolen phones
  • These records no longer show your name or address and are removed when the period ends.

Staff accounts (Incazo Pickup app) are closed by your Incazo manager.
